Due to the fire that occured at the Courthouse on the early morning hours of Saturday, January 11th, 2025, the following offices have moved to the location below:

Office Temporary Location
Assessor's Office Old Union Rescue Squad Building
Circuit Clerk's Office Family Court on the lower level of the Union Fire Department on Green Hill Road.
County Clerk's Office Old Union Rescue Squad Building
Sheriff's Tax Office Old Union Rescue Squad Building
Sheriff's Law Enforcement Office Old Union Rescue Squad Building

NOTE:  Due to this temporary situation, not all services the offices normally provide can be provided.   Please contact each office to see if they can help you before coming.   The main courthouse phone number is (304) 772-3096.

NOTE:  The Record Room is closed to the public and employees.   Requests for copies of records from books cannot be completed at this time.
