The Monroe County Commission will meet in Special Session on Friday, November 14th, 2025 at 9:00 AM. The purpose of this meeting is in Consideration of, and possible action on, a Resolution and Order authorizing and approving (i) the execution, delivery and performance of a Lease Agreement, Bond Purchase Agreement and Deed in connection with the Monroe County Courthouse project and related lease revenue bonds in the aggregate principal amount of up to $2,340,000 to be issued by the Monroe County Building Commission, (ii) the execution and delivery of certain other agreements, certificates and filings prepared in connection therewith and (iii) other matters related thereto.
